Dunn, Jr., and that Mr. Dunn had deP9sited the sum of $72.00 as required by Elections Code Section 22941. The City Clerk recommended the following persons to serve as a Special Recounting Board: MYrtle J. Baker, 125-10th Street; Mildred Sprouse, 132-12th Street; Jessie Thurston, 203~4th Street; and Katherine Poindexter, 227-8th Street, that said persons were qualified voters in the City of Seal Beach as required by law.
