Lltl Itlater Application from Annette D. Cgaighead for a new on-sale beer license (Fishing Boat) was received and filed. The application of Joseph R. and Jean K. Dion for a new 6n-sale license at 1013 Pacific Coast Highway (The Seal' Beach Center) ABC was discuss~d at length with Mrs. Dion speaking in behalf of her application and Mrs. Violet McFarland, Mr. Ecklund and Mr. COmlay speaking in opposition. It was moved by Steddom and seconded by Anderson to instruc~ the City Attorney to prepare.a.protest as the location does not comply with our present zoning. AYES: ABSENT: Anderson.
