The meeting was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance. Present: Mayor Nescher Councilmen: Anderson, Gemmill, Steddom, Gummere . Absent: " None 11 It was moved by Anderson and seconded by Gummere to approve the minutes or April 18, 1966 as presented. AYES: NOES: Anderson, Gemmill, Steddom, Gummere, Nescher None Motion carried. A. letter from the-Division of Highways re "Streets and Highways Code, Free sec. 74.511 was discussed and received and filed for further dis- cussion at the May 16th meeting. ways . Letter of transmittal from Central Basin Municipal Water District re resolution endorsing proposed $850,000,000 Water Bond Issue was received and filed. Letter and resolution from the City of Tustin re "Detachment from Water . . the Orange -County Harbor Districtll was discussed as to the position this City should take.
