The City Council of the City of Seal Beach met in regular adjourned
session, at 8:00 p.m. with Mayor Nescher presiding. The meeting was
called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present: Mayor Nescher
Councilmen: Anderson, Gemmill, Steddom, Gummere
Absent: n " None
Resolution No. 1435 (Election-Primary-Results) was presented by
the City Attorney. It was moved by Anderson and seconded by
Steddom to adopt Resolution No. 1435.

elected councilmen be authorized to attend the League of Cities
Conference in Monterey, May 22 to 25th.

In the matter of the pipeline cases, the City Attorney interrogated

Upon the recommendation of the City Attorney, it was moved by
Gummere and seconded by Gemmill that public hearings be held on
freeway routes as provided in "Streets "and Highways Code, sec. 74.511.

It was moved by Steddom and seconded by Gummere that Mr. Gemmill
