The City Council of the City of Seal Beach met in regular session
at 8:00 p.m. with M~or Nescher presiding. The meeting was called
to order with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Epileps," Month.
It was moved by Anderson and seconded by Steddom to approve the
Planning Commission Resolution No. 66 (Health and Exercise) and
refer the matter back for a public hearing.

Council.
