After further discussion, it was moved by G~mmill and seconded by Anderson that the City Council 'go on record as not approving the variance as outlined in Planning Commission Resolution Number 86 (Variance-Restaurant and Bar-Seal Beach Center) . ,I AYES: NOES: Anderson, Gemmill, Hamilton, Dreis, Gummere Motion carried. The ~ayor proclaimed the week of October 9th through October 15th as Fire Prevention Week. The Treasurers report for the month of August, ~966, and annual , reports of Swimming Pool, Lifeguards and Recreation were received and filed.
