The City Council of the City of Seal Beach met in regular session
at 8:00 p.m. with Mayor Gummere presiding. The meeting was called
to order with the Pledge of Allegiance.

It was moved by Anderson and seconded by Dreis to approve the minutes
of December 19 and 30, 1966, as presented.

Payroll demands $31,768.82 and regular demands number 1403 to 1475
incl., $40,943.42, totaling $72,712.24 as approved by the Finance
Committee were presented. It was moved by Anderson and seconded by
Dreis that the demands be allowed and warrants drawn on the Treasury
fo.r the same.

Mr. Dreis and M~. Anderson withdrew their motion to-have the
ordinance read in its entirety.
