California January 16, 1967 The City Council of the City of Seal Beach met in reguiar session at 8:00 p.m. with Mayor Gummere presiding. The meeting was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance. Present: Mayor Gummere Councilmen Anderson, Councilmen - None Gemmill, Hamilton, Dreis " Absent It was moved by Anderson and seconded by Dreis to approve the: minutes of January 3, 1967, as presented. AYES: NOES: Anderson, Gemmill, Hamilton, Dreis, Gummere None Motion carried. Regular demands No. 1476 to 1599 incl., totaling $33,798.84 .as approved by the Finance Committee were presented. It was moved by Dreis and seconded by'Anderson that the demands be allowed and warrants drawn on the Treasury.for the same. AYES:. NOES: Anderson, Gemmill, Hamilton, Dreis, Gummere None Motion carried. An agreement ~ith Suburbia, Inc. relating to Tracts No. 6345 and Suburbia 6346 was discussed. It was moved by Dreis and seconded by Anderson to authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement as amended subsequent to the approval of proposed Ordinance Number 700. The City Attorney announced that this was the time for a public hearing on the modification and amendments to the City's I Position Classification Plan. County Flood Control District and the State Lands Commission, It was moved by Anderson and seconded by Gemmill to'authorize the Cit~ Manager to execute an application with the proper agencies..
