The City Manager outlined the proposed project for the sand fill

Flood Control District and the State Lands Commission, It was
moved by Anderson and seconded by Gemmill to'authorize the Cit~
Manager to execute an application with the proper agencies..

The City Manager reported that the property owners had requested a
two-week continuance. A representative of the Southern California
Water Company was in the audience. It was moved by Gemmill and
seconded by Dreis to continue the hearing until February 13, 1967,
