The City Council of the City of Seal Beach met in regular session
at 8:00 p.m. with Mayor Gummere presiding. The meeting was called
to order with the Pledge of Allegiance.

It was moved by Anderson and seconded by Dreis to approve the
minutes of January 30, 1967, as presented.

Regular demands Number 1600 to 1686 incl., $54,047.83, and
Payroll demands January 17, 1967, $30,819.25 and January 31,
