was presented by the City Attorney. It was moved by Gemmill
and seconded by Anderson to adopt Resolution Number 1526.

The meeting was reconvened at 8:22 p.m.
In the matter of the continued public hearing on Annexation No.
66-1, 'the City Attorney asked the City Clerk if the property had
been posted and if all property owners had been notified of the
public hearing and if all other provisions'of the law concerning
annexations of 'uninhabited territory had been cO!llP1ied with. The
City Clerk replied in the affirmative. The City Attorney inq~ired
as to whether or not any protests had been received; the City
Clerk replied in the negative. The City Attorney asked if there
were a~y oral protests; no protests were presented. It was moved
by Gemmill and seconded by Dreis that the hearing be closed.
