Dreis, Gummere NOES: None Motion carried. = The Mayor declared a recess at 8:10 p.m. I I I The meeting was reconvened at 8:22 p.m. In the matter of the continued public hearing on Annexation No. 66-1, 'the City Attorney asked the City Clerk if the property had been posted and if all property owners had been notified of the public hearing and if all other provisions'of the law concerning annexations of 'uninhabited territory had been cO!llP1ied with. The City Clerk replied in the affirmative. The City Attorney inq~ired as to whether or not any protests had been received; the City Clerk replied in the negative. The City Attorney asked if there were a~y oral protests; no protests were presented. It was moved by Gemmill and seconded by Dreis that the hearing be closed. Pier- seconded by Anderson that the City Manager be authorized to enter . . . into an agreement with the Electro Dyne Company to purchase one , 30 passenger vehicle and one 14 to 16 passenger vehicle on a lease . purchase arrangement in the rollowing amounts; initial outlay of $1750 over the next 12 months; $2013 over the following 12 months; $1.925 .ov~r the next 12 months and $1838 over the nl;!xt 12 months; and in addition, enter into a maintenance agreement as proposed by Electr~ Dyne Company.
