the contract with the Huntington Beach Humane Sosiety be cancelled and
a contract which would result in an estimated net savings during the
coming year to the City of $700 and a saving of $1,200 per year
thereafter; that the proposed budget for the North Seal Beach
Community Building be reduced $1,50q; that the park mainteaance;budget

The City Council of the City of Seal Beach met in regular adjourned II
session at 7:30 p.m. with Mayor G~ere pre~iding.
The meeting
was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance.
