The meeting was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance. Present: Mayor Anderson Councilmen Gummere, Gemmill, Hamilton, Dreis Councilmen - None Absent It was moved by Hamilton and seconded by Dreis to approve the minutes of August 21, 1967, as presented. AYES: NOES: Gummere, Gemmill, Hamilton, Dreis, Anderson None Motion carried. Payroll demand #1705, $47,058.95 and regular demands #1642 through #1704 $9,763.68, totaling $56,822.63, as approved by the Finance Committee were presented. It was moved by Gummere and seconded by Dreis that the demands be allowed and warrants drawn on the Treasury for the same. AYES: NOES: Gummere, Gemmill, Hamilton, Dreis, Anderson None Motion carried. Tne Mayor announced that this was the time for a pub.1ic hearing on the Almond proposed vacation of a portion of Almond Avenue within Tract 64?1.
