Mr. A~arich was .accompanied by Miss Toni Hill and Miss Wycoff, representatives of U. S. National .Bank. Orange County District Attorney, Cecil Hicks spoke briefly commending both gentlemen for their acts of heroism. The Mayor called a 15 minute recess at 8:30 p.m. The meeting reconvened at 8:45 p.m. , PUBLIC HEARING-MAPPED STREETS The City Attorney stated that this was the time for a Public Hearing to be held relating to Planning Commission Resolution No. 195 recommending amendment to the City Code by addition of Chapter 11A "Mapped Streets". The City Clerk stated that public notices had been posted and that no communication had been received either for or against the issue. There was no communication' from the audience. APPEAL-RAY HERBECK The Cit~Attorney presented to Council the appeal of Mr. Ray Herbeck on Planning Commission Resolution No. 194 denying Variance #V-35-67. Mr. Carnes, City.
