PUBLIC HEARING-APPEAL OF VARIANCE V-4-68
The Mayor .turned,the meatin~ over to the 'City Attorney to conduct the
II public hearing. The City Attorney dec~ared the public hearing opened.
The City Clerk stated that.all notices had been sent as required by

law and that no communication, for or against the issue, had been
received.' The City Attorney advised the Council to ~efer the variance
back to the Planning Commission for specif.ic and complete findings on
the four points' required on the application for variance.
Councilman Hamilton arrived at 8:05 p.m.

spoke in fav~r of granting the variance. There was disQussion with

The Mayor closed the public hearing at 8:28 p.m.

Ron Miller; Suburbia, Inc. stated that the site in question was
now in escrow and that construction was planned for the area.
