2590. It was moved by Gemmill and seconded by. Gibbs to instruct

Application for transfer of alcohol beverage license from
Dovalis to Chandler was received and filed.
Final acceptance of Tract Map No. 4748. Leisure World was
dis cussed at length. This discussion included a fire station site
and paving of certain portions of Los Alamitos Blvd. and/or Bay Blvd.
in the Leisure World area. It was mutually agreed between members
of the City Council and Mr. Fowler. Leisure World representative. to
continue the study of the fina] tract map until the adjourned meet-
ing of November 7. 1962.
It was moved by Leonard and seconded by Anderson to adjourn
at 11:37 P.M. uatil 8:00 P.M. November 7. 1962.

The City Council of the City of Seal Beach met in regular
adjourned session at 8:00 P.M. with Mayor Gemmill presiding. The
meeting was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance.

The City Manager read a letter from Leisure World specifying
water well and fire station sites as it concerns acceptance of Tract
No. 4748. The City Engineer recommended acceptance of the tract map

as presented. A lengthy discussion followed.
The Mayor declared a five minute recess at 9:52 P.M.
The meeting reconvened at 10:01 P.M.
It was moved by Gemmill and seconded by Leonard to accept
Tract Map No. 4748 and that those individuals who are requested to

sign such tract map be instructed not to sign it'until they have been
notified by the. City Attorney's office that he has received a deed to
water well and fire station site.
It was moved by Anderson and seconded by Gemmill to table
the motion.

session at 8:00 P.M. with Mayor Pro-tem Gibbs presiding. The meeting
was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance.
The invocation was given by Rev. Carl W. Schmitt. Community
