The meeting was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance. The invocation was given by Rev. Carl W. Schmitt. Community Methodist Church. Present: Mayor Pro-tem Gibbs Councilmen: Nescher. Christmas decorations for the pier and City Hall were dis- cussed. Mayor Pro-tem Gibbs appointed Mr. Leonard and herself to work out the arrangements with the Chamber of Commerce.
