At the request of the City Engineer. opening of bids for the water resevoir vas deferred to April 1st. A general discussion was held with members of the audience and City Council taking part. It was moved by Gemmill and seconded by Leonard that Mr. Stratford be instructed and diredted to delay the side walk project on Seal Way and to so advise the prop- erty until further notice and to instruct the City EnBineer to com- plete a survey and come back with s recommended program.
