The City Attorney advised the Council not to hear further discussion in the matter because of the pending public hearing. The City Attorney presented a proposed r~solution of in- tention to ~or.m a parking district to the Council for study. The proposed City Charter was discussed to finalize any Biyu Park. After"considering the various bids and the report thereon, it was moved by Nescher and seconded by Griswold that Resolution No. 1250 entitled "RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH.
