It was moved by Leonard and seconded by Nescher to approve
the claim of Richard Ogilby and Bill White for a $50.00 reward as
provided by Section 15-15 of the Code.

The City Manager announced that he had received improve-
ment plans for the Seai Beach Pier from the lessees for their first
phase of their improvements on the seaward end.

for recordation five easement deeds for the improvement of Pacific
Coast Highway.

adjourned session at 8:00 p.m. with Mayor Gemmill presiding. The
meeting was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance.

City Attorney. It was moved by Leona~4 and seconded by Anderson'

Resolution No. 1266 (Recinding Resolution No. 1261 - Park-
ing P.C.H.) was presented by the City Attorney. It was moved by
Gemmill and seconded by Anderson to adopt Resolution No. 1266. Mr.
Griswold and Mr. Leonard spoke in behalf of the safety factor of
Resolution No. 1261.
