California January 20. 1964 The City ,Council of the City of Seal Beach met in regular session at 8:00 p.m. with Mayor Gemmill presiding. The meeting was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance. Present: Mayor Gemmill Councilmen: AndeBBon. Leonard. Griswold Absent: " " Nescher I It was moved by Anderson and seconded by Leonard to approve the minutes of January 6th and 14th 1964 as corrected. AYES: Aqderson, Leonard, Griswold. Gemmill ABSENT: Nescher Motion carried. Payroll demands No. 1272 to 1354 and regular demands No. 4135 to 4288. totaling $104.362.05 as approved by the Finance 1 ~ C\J ~ ~ CQ :0 1 I 225, Committee were presented.
