California February 3. 1964 Tbe C~ty Council of the City of Seal Beach met in regular session at 8:00.p.m. with Mayor Gemmill presiding. The meeting was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance. Present: Mayor Gemmill councilmen: Anderson. Leonard Absent: " "Nescher. Griswold This being the time and place for a public hearing on sidewalks. streets and gutter repairs. there being no protests either written or oral. the Mayor declared. the hearing closed. It was moved by Leonard and seconded by Anderson that the Walks Side Street Superintendent be instructed to proceed on the following properties; 1. Daniel C. Forney 2. Mrs. Philip Norton 3. Check No. 4287 in the amount of $50.687.52 written January 2l. 1964 was voided.
