California May 5, 1964 The City Council of the City of Sea~ Beach met in regular adjourned session at 8:00 p.m. with Mayor Gemmill presiding. The meeting was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance. Present: Mayor Ge~ill . Councilmen: Nescher. Griswold Apsent: "" Anderson. Leonard This being the time and place as provided by law. the Council proceeded to canvass the vote of April 28. 1964 Primary Nominating Election. Resolution No. 129~ (Electio~ Results -April 28. 1964l was presented by the City Clerk. It was moved by Griswold and seconded by NeRcher to adopt Resolution No. 1298. AYES: ABSENT: I ~escher..Griswold. Gemmill Anderson, Leonard Motion carried. The City Clerks st~tement of the results of the election by precinct. are made a part of these minutes. Ordinance No. 643 ( District 4 - June 2. 1964) was pre- ,sented by the City Clerk. It was moved by Nescher and seconded by Griswold to adopt Ordinance ~o. 643. AYES: ABSENT: I Nescher.
