No. 1309 It was moyed by Nesche+ and.~ecpnded by Griswold that Dean Gemmill be appointed,to serve as a member of the Planning Commission to complete the unexpired term of James Bender. I Upon the recommendation of the City Attorney it was moved by Griswold and seconded by Nescher to instruct the City Attorney to settle the case of Mitchell versus City of Seal Beach, et aI, in an amount not to exceed $275.00 AYES: Councilmen Nescher.
