The City Council of the City of Seal Beach met
in regular adjourned session at 8:00 a.m. with
Mayor Anderson presiding. The meeting was called to

order with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present: Mayor Ander son
Councilmen Gemmill. Griswold. Gummere
Absent: Councilman Nescher
ordinance No. 652 (Annexation 64-1 - Approving)
was presented by title by the City Attorney. It was

moved by Gemmill and seconded by Griswold to waive the No.

second reading and be passed for adoption.
Motion carried.
A proposed beach erosion program was discussed.
