lar session at 8:0~ p.m. with Mayor Anderson presiding. The meet-

drawn on the Treasury for the same.

Planning Commission Resolution No. 12 (Application No.
u.v. 2-64 Service Station and Uar Wash) was discussed. No object-
ions from the audience were expressed. It was moved by Griswold
and seconded by Nescher to approve Resolution No. 12 which made
certain findings and conditions in the granting of U.V. 2-64.

sented by the City Manager. It was moved by Griswold and seconded

The Mayor and City Manager reported on their recent meet-
ings with the State Lands Commission and Highway Commission in
Sacramento. December 7. 1964. It was moved by Griswold and seconded
by Gummere to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to initial an
amendment to the State Pier Permit as follows: Sec. 7: "There shall
be no charge to the public for access to the pier including the
right to fish therefrom."

to execute an agreement with the Seal Beach School Board to Pool
construct a community swimming pool, subject to changes in
Section 5.

The City Council of the City of Seal Beach met in
regular session at 8:00 p.m. with Mayor Pro-tam Griswold pre-
siding. The meeting was called to order with the Pledge of
Allegiance.

It was moved by Gemmill and seconded by Gummere to approve
the minutes. of December 21. 1964 as corrected, entering the dates
