No object- ions from the audience were expressed. It was moved by Griswold and seconded by Nescher to approve Resolution No. 12 which made certain findings and conditions in the granting of U.V. 2-64. AYES: NOES:' Nescher. Gemmill. Griswold. Resolution No. l352 (Lamson Avenue Bridge-County Arterial Highway Fund) was presented by the City Manager. It was moved by Gemmill and seconded by Griswold to adopt Resolution No. 1352. December 7. 1964. It was moved by Griswold and seconded by Gummere to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to initial an amendment to the State Pier Permit as follows: Sec. 7: "There shall be no charge to the public for access to the pier including the right to fish therefrom."
