You and each of you will please take notice that Stanley G. Anderson,
as presiding officer of the legislative body of ~he City of:.'
Seal Beach, hereby calls and gives notice of a Special Meeting to
be held and convened at the hour of 7:00 p.m., March 8, 1965, in
the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 8~h and Central Avenue,
Seal Beach, California, to transact the 'ollowing business:
l. To consider the application of Standard Gas Company
for a franchise to construc~, lay, maintain, operate,
repair, renew, change the size of and remove or abandon
in place, pipes, pipe lines, conduits, wires and cables,
together with all manholes, surface connections and
appurtenances necessary or convenient for the operation
of said pipes, pipe lines, conduits, wires and cables
for the transaction of oil, gas, natural gasoline, water,
waste water, mud, steam, electr.lci~y, communication signala
and other substanoes in, along, under or across public
streets and other oublic places in the City of Seal Beach,
for the ,purpose of serving Standard Oil Company of California's
Operations on State Lease P. R. C. 3905.1.

Standard Oil Company was disoussed.

and receive and file the application of Standard Gas Company for a
pipeline franchise.
