Seal Beach, California May 17, 1965 The City Council of the City of Seal Beach met in regular session at &:OO,p.m. with Mayor Anderson presiding. The meeting was called to order with the Pledge of All!giance. I Present: Mayor Ande~son Councilmen: Nescher, Gemmill, Griswold Abeent: " Gummere " Mr. Gummere arrived at 8:05 p.m. It was ,moved by Griswold ~nd seoonded by Nescher to approve the minutes of May 3, 1965 as presented. AYES: NOES :' Nescher, Gemmill. Griswold. Gummere, Anderson None Motion carried. Regular demands No. 7658 to 7764 inclusive, $20,062.94, and payroll demands No.4290 to 4389 inclusive, $27',160.26 for a total of $47,223.20 as approved by the Finance Committee were "I presented. AYES: NOES: I There being no bids submitted, it was moved by Nescher , and eeconded by Anderson to readvertiseQ for bids for the construc- tion of signals at Bay Boulevard and Bolsa'Avenue.
