The City Council of the City of Seal Beach Met in regular
adjourned session at 8:00 p.m. with Mayor Nescher presiding. The
Meeting was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance.

It was moved by Gummere and seconded by Anderson to approve
the minutes of August 30, 1965 as presented.

our views on the matter.

A policy position regarding the unification of the Seal
Beach School District was discussed at length with members of the
Council, the City Manager, Bill Jones, Henry Lichenstein and Jim

Gummere that the City Council support a "No Vote" on the matter.
