The City Council of the City of Seal Beach met in-regular II seesion at 8:00 p.m. with Mayor Nescher presiding. The meeting was called to order with the Pledge of ~llegiance. Mr. Gemmill gave a complete report on the recent organi- zational meeting of the Southern California Assoc~ation of Governments. The City Manager reported on the many projects that needed attention during the coming months.
