seesion at 8:00 p.m. with Mayor Nescher presiding. The meeting was
called to order with the Pledge of ~llegiance.

Desal. minutes of October 18, 1965 be amended to show that both Mr. Anderson
and Mr. Nescher opposed the location or the desalinization plant

Mr. William M. Hogue presented. the objectives and mem-
bership of' the ~range County Community Action Council Inc.,
After some discussion it wa~ moved b~ Gemmill and_seconded by Anderson
to request ~he Orange County League of Cities_toask for a minimum of
eight members from the Cities to serve on ~he council

disorderly conduct of ~oys who distribute the Press-Telegram in that

seconded by Nesche~ to ~dopt Resolution No. 1401.

noise ~rdinance. The City Manager to continue.
The City Manager reported on a proposed park in the
County Flo~d Control Retarding Basin and other locations. Street
trees in parkways was also discussed. The City Manager to pre-
pare a policy st~tement.
