Hiokman, City Clerk Seal Beach, California June 14, 196$ The City Counoil of the City of Seal Beach met in regular session at 8:00 p.m. with Mayor Anderson presiding. The meeting was called'to order with the Pledge of Allegiance. Present: Mayor Anderson Counoilmen: Nescher, Gemmill, Griswold Absent: " Gummere " It was moved by Griswold and seconded by Nescher to approve the minutes of May 24, 1965 as presented. . AYES: ABSENT: Nescher, Gemmill, Griswold, Anderson Gummere Motion carried. Regular demands No. 7765 to 7866 inclusive, $55,149.18 and payroll demands No. 4390 to 4495 inclusive, $22,579.58, for a II total of $77,728.76, as approved by the Finance Committee were presented. It was moved by Nescher and seconded by Gemmill thet the demands be allowed and warrants drawn on the Treasury tor the I ssme. AYES: ABSENT: Mescher. Gemmill. Griswold. Anderson Gumlnere Motion carried. Action on letters from Ball, Hunt and Hart, and W. L. Marina Robertson requesting a change in public dance hall hours was deferred . It waS moved by Neecher and seconded by GrIswold to waive the second reading of Ordinance No. 664, that it be deemed as having had its second reading and be passed for adoption. It was moved by Nescher and seconded by Gemmill to waive the first ,reading ot Orainance No. 665, that it II be deemed as having had its first reading and be passed to the second reading.
