Upon reoommendation of the City Engineer it was it was moved by Jones and seconded by Leonard that the East- side Drainage Construction be awal'ded to Edwin L. Upon the recommendation of the City Engineer it was moved by T~ncre and seoonded, by Leonard that the Eastside . Drainage, Mechanical Equipment, be awarded to the Orange County Pump Co., at $9150.-33 and thtl.t the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to execute a contract fo~ the pur- chase and installation of the equipment. Letter of request from the Artists League of Seal Beach for additional use of the Youth Center was referred to the Building Committee.., It was moved by Leooard and seconded by T~ncre that a vote of thanKS be given the Artists League for their assistance in the sucaess of the recent "Luau".
