The meeting was oalled to order with the Pledge of Allegianoe. Present: Mayor Ross Counoilmen:, Flanagan, Jones, Leonard, Tancre Absent: " " None I Mayo~Ross announoed that the first order of business Drainage would be to open bids, as advertised for a porti.on of the "North East storm Drainage Projeot". The following bids were opened; 1. Gardner & MoCall 2. Edwin L. Barkley $ 14,360.00 12,690.00 The bids were referred to the City Engineer for analysis. The minutes of the regular meeting of November 5. 1958 were read and approved on the Mayor1s motion. Reports of the water and Tax Departments and the City Clerk and City Treasurer for the month of October, 1958 were presented. Mr. Caldwell reported that the bids were in order and Drainage that the low. bid of Edwin L. Barkley should be accepted. It was moved by Leonard and seconded by Tancre to accept the bid of Edwin L.
