The City Counoil or the City of Seal Beach met in
regular session at 7:30 P.M. with Mayor Ross presiding. The
meeting was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance.

The minutes of the regular meeting of August 18, 1959
were read and approved on the Mayorfs motion.
Reports of the Building, Police, License, Water and
Ci ty Clerk i'or the month of August 1959 were pres~nted. It
was moved by Tancre and seconded by Flanagan to receive and
file the City Officers reports.

with regrets and that the Clerk be instructed to write a letter
