was discussed. The City Attornq was instructed to bring in a recommendation
and or an ordinance regulating trucking.
Garbage and trash disposal collection probleMS were discussed at
length. This matter was referred to Mr. Caldwell for more study and recom-
mendation.

The City Council of the City of Seal Beach met in regular session
at 1:30 P.l~. with Mayor Ross presiding. The meeting was called to order
wi th the Pledge of Allegiance.

Payroll demands No. 2424 to 2480 inclusive., and regular demands

that the demands be allowed and warrants drawn on the Treasury for the same.

Letter from Erne W. Moeller and. Associates, Santa Fe Springs, request- ~
ing permission to bid on any proposed marina project was read and discussed and.
referred to the City Attorne,y for reply.
Mrs. Ester A. Steinman presented a petition signed by twenty-two resi-
dents requesting a special assessment district be formed to beautif,y the
Pacifio Electric right-of-wa;y. The City Attorne,y explained that such distriot

program was referred to the City Engineer.
