Mr. Caldwell displayed a map and explained the ownership
in fee or by perpetual easement of land in the Marina area at the
westerly boundary of the City.
Mr. Edward Keller inquired about the masonery wall in
the sUbdivision. Mr. Buok explafned the legal steps neoessary.
Mayor Gibbs appointed Mr. Keller chairman of a oommittee to in-
vestigate the files for probable legal aotion.
Mosquito abatement problems were referred to Mr. Caldwell.
Billboards in the subdivision were briefly discussed.

The City Council of the City of Seal Beaoh met in regu-
lar session at 7:30 P.M. with Mayor Gibbs presiding. The meeting
was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance.

The minutes of the regular meeting of April 19th and the
regular adjourned meeting of April 26, 1960 were re~d and approved
on the Mayor's motion.
Reports of the Police, Lioense, Water and City Clerks
departments for the month of April 1960 were presented. +t was
moved by Jones and seoonded by Gemmill to reoeive and file the
City Offioe~s reports.

warrants drawn on the Treasury for the same.

Counoil to attend Memorial Day services was reoeived and filed.
Mr. Gemmill asked about the ten minute parking area for
Bay Cleaners at 21S Bay Blvd. Polioe Chief Harbour reported it
was in effeot. City Attorney.to prepare ordinance.

July 1st through July 6, 1960.

withdrawn their protest as it oonoerns the boundaries of the
proposed Rossmore City.
Mr. Joe Tancre announoed that the newly formed Youth
Group kno.wn as the "Seal Toppers" would meet Thursday, May Sth at 7:)'.)

was being transferred from the looal Naval Depot and should
be commended by the City Council for his civio assistance.
