The City Council of the City of Seal B~ach met in special
session at 9:00 A.M. with Mayor Gibbs presiding. The meeting was
called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance.

You and each of you will please take notice that Norma Gibbs as
presiding officer of the legislative body of the City of Seal Beach
hereby calls and gives notice of a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Seal Beach to be held and convened at the
hour of 9:00 A.M., March 18, 1961, in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall, 8th and Central, Seal Beach. California, to transact
the following business:
To consider resolution of annexation.

The City Manager outlined proposed boundaries of annexation
by the City of Westminister, in conflict with oub former filings.
Mr. Gemmill was excused .at 9:30 A.M.
Af.ter further discussion it was moved by Leonardl.and
seconded by Jones DO adopt Resolution No. 1103 (Proposed Annexation
No.5) as presented by the City Attorney.
