Knighton, Building Inspector, stating that the Youth Center was being kept in a sanitary condition and that his requests were being complied with. The matter was deferred for further discussion. Building Inspector Knighton presented by letter and proposed ordinance changes in the Building Code in re- ference to Trailer ~arks. Letter from the Shoreline Planning Association re- I . questing letters to legislators in regard to distribution of tidelands oil funds. The Clerk was instructed to send copies of our Resolution No. 825. Letter of request to solicit funds in the City from the Gospel Lifeline League, Inc., Vancouver, Washington. The Clerk was instructed to deny the request because of the many local charities. Ordinance No. 466 (an ordinance refunding certain license fees) was presented by title by the City Attorney.
