HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC Min 1955-03-11 133 Seal Beach, California !<larch 11, 1955 The City Council of the City of Seal Beach met in regular adjourned session at 5:00 ,p.m. with Mayor Clark presiding. t'resentl Mayor Clark Councilmen: I ABSENT: " II Flanagan, Leonard, Lawhead Calvo Mayor Clark announced that the only order of business would be the counting of the seventeen Absent Voter ballots. The results of the absent voter ballots, plus the votes cast at the eight voting precincts March 4, 1955 are contained in the Clerks Statement of election results and become a part of the minutes of this regular adjourned meeting. Resolution No. &70 ( a resolution declaring the results of said election official) was presented by the City Attorney. It,was moved by Leonard and seconded by Flanagan to adopt Resolution No. 8q0. I AYES: NOES, ABSENT: Motion carried. It was Moved by Leonard and seconded by Flanagan to adjourn.
