HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC Res 6226 2012-02-27RESOLUTION NUMBER 6226 A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH CITY COUNCIL DECLARING WORK TO BE COMPLETED PER CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY UPGRADES PROJECT NO. BG1103 WHEREAS, on March 28, 2011 the City of Seal Beach entered into a contract with Express Energy Services, Inc.; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work has been substantially completed in accordance with the contract documents. THE SEAL BEACH CITY COUNCIL DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: Section 1. The work required and performed by Express Energy Services, Inc. has been completed. Section 2. That the total cost of amount to be paid to Express Energy Services, Inc. is $101,105.19 for the work performed. Section 3. That the work is hereby accepted and approved. Section 4. It is further ordered that a "Notice of Completion" be filed on behalf of the City in the Office of the Orange County Recorder within 10 days of the date of this resolution.
