PRESENT: Councilman, Jacobsen, Leo~d, Brostrom, Bowers I ABSENT: Mayor Shufelt The mlnutes of the regular meetlng of Feb. 6 were read and approved on condltlon they would be supplemented by an addltion ln the mlnutes of the next regular meetlng outlinlng features of the proposed agreement between the clty and J. A. Woolley, Englneer, to be wrltten by the Clty Attorney.
