port and tentatlve outline for development of proposed Anaheim
Yacht Harbor. It was moved by Bowers, second by Brostrom that
Resolution No. 696 as outlined and discussed at the table by
the Oity Attorney, be adopted.

A RESOLUTION OF TijE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH,
CALIFORNIA, DECLARING RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL EL~CTION
HELD IN SAID CITY ON TUESDAY THE 11th DAY OF APRIL 1950.
The City Oouncll of the Clty of Seal Beach does resolve as
follows: that the general Municipal Election was duly held and
conducted ln said City of Seal Beach, Callfornla, on Tuesday the
11th day of April, 1950, at the time and in the form and manner
as requlred by law; that slx (6) votlng precincts for the purpose
of holding the electlon, consisting of the regular election pre-
clncts establlshed for holdlng State and County ,elections, were
establlshed as follows: II

NOW. THEREFORE BE lT FURTHER RESOLV~D that at sald General
Municlpal Electlon FRA~ L. SHUFELT was elected Clty Councllman ln
the Clty of Seal Beach for a four (4) year term; that LEW WEBSTER
was elected Clty Councilman ln the Clty of Seal Beach for a four (4)
year term; that NORMAN W. GRANGER was elected Clty Councilman in the
Clty of Seal Beach for & four (4) year term; and. that the City Clerk
shall enter upon the records of the Clty Council a statement of the
results of sald election showing among other thlngs, the following:
( a) The whole number of votes cast ln the Clty; I
(b) The names of the persons voted for;
( c) The offlces each person was voted for;
(d) The number of ,votes glven ln each preclnct for each person; and
( e) The number of ,votes glven ln the Clty for each person;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clty Clerk shall lmme~lately slgn
and deliver to each pers'on elected a Certificate of Election and he
