the agenda may, at the Council's discretion, be referred to the City Manager and placed on a
future agenda.
Those members of the public wishing to speak are asked to come forward to the microphone and

Adjourn the City Council to Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at 5:30 p.m. to meet for
Budget Study Session on the Proposed 2012/2013 General & Safety Budgets
and to meet in closed session, if deemed necessary.
NOTE: The City Council will be meeting Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 6:00
p.m. for a Budget Study Session on the proposed 2012/2013 Capital
Improvement Program.

Specifications; adopt Resolution No. 6259 awarding the contract to
American Asphalt South, Inc. in the amount of $86,731.50; and authorize
the City Manager to approve contract changes in the amount of$7,000.
