Meeting was called ~o order wlth salute to the Flag. Present: Mayor Shufelt Oouncilmen Bowers, Granger, Leonard, Webster I Absent: Councilmen, None. The minutes of the regular meeting of October .16th were read and approved on Mayor' motlon.
