M. with Mayor Shufelt presiding. Meeting was called to order with salute to the Flag. Present, Absent, Mayor Shufelt Counoilmen, Webster, Leonard, Granger, Bowers Counoilmen, None The prinoipal purpose of the meeting was for the purpose of con- sidering the Planning Oommission's recommendation on the applioation of the Department of Water and Power, City of Los Angeles, for the Water re-zoning certain parcels of property to permit the oonstruction of & a new steam power electrio generating plant. It was moved by Leonard, second by Granger that the recommendation of the Planning Commission be acoepted and approved.
