The City Council of the City of Seal Beach, California, met in
regular adjourned session at 7:30 P. M. with Mayor Shufelt presid-

An ordinance, ordering, calling, provi4ing for, and giving notice of
a special election, to be held in the City of Seal Beach, on the 13th
day of March, 1951, for the purpose of submitting to the electorate
Sewer a proposal to incur bonded indebtness by said City for a certain
Plant municipal improvement.

that Ordinance No. 404 be deemed as having had its lst reading in
its entirety and be sent to its 2nd reading and adoption.
