Meeting was oalled to order with salute to the nag. I Mayor Shufelt Oouncilmen, Webster, Leonard Oouncilman, Bowers The first order of business was the precinot count of votes cast in the Special Municipal Bond Election held Oanvass of . March l)th. Resolution No. 7)2 was presented and read in Present: -Absent: Votes full by the Olerk. The result of votes oast by precinct Reso. ' were inserted as same were read from reports of eleotion officers in each of the respective eleotion precinots. It 7)2 was moved by Webster, second. by Leonard that Resolution No. 7)2 be approved and adopted. Further that the Olerk's statement showing votes cast and results be part of the minutes of this meeting. I AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Webster, Leonard, Shufelt, Bone Bowers Motion oarried. . Copies Reso 7)2 the Olerk be directed to forward to O'Melveny & Myers to certified copies of Resolution 110. 72) and Official papers 0'lIelveny . concerned with said eleotion of March 1), 1951. Oity Clerk of the City of Seal Beach, california, DO HEREBY OERT.IFY, AID .DEOLARE that at a meeting held on Ma~ch 20, 1951, the Oity Oounoil of said city oanvassed the returns of the speoial eleotion held in 8aid oity on March 13, 1951, and deolared the result of 8aid eleotion. That the bond proposition voted upon at said election i8 as folloW8: "BOND PROPOSITION: Shall the Oity of Seal Beach inour a bonded indebtedness in the prinoipal sum of '130,000.00 for the purpose of the acquisi- tion and oonstruotion for said oity of a certain munioipal improvement, to wit: the reconstruction and enlargement of the existing sewage treatment and disposal plant, together with the aoquisiton of al~'apparatue, ,equipment and other property necessary therefor?"
