The Oity Counoil of the Oity of Seal Beach met in regular
session~t 8:00 o. M. and was oalled to order by Mayor Shufelt with
salute to the Flag.

The minutes of regular meeting of April 16th and regular
adjourned meeting of April 23rd were read and after minor oorreotion
on the Karina jettys and addition of Committee's report to the
Counoil on Airport Club, minutes were approved o~ ~ayors motion.

Resolution No. 735 was presented and read, approving said
plans and specifications. It was moved by Leonard, second by
Webster that Resolution No. 7J5 be adopted.

$8,575.06 as approved by the Finance Oommittee were presented. It
