The City Council of the City of, Seal Beach met in
regular session at 7:30 P. M. and was,.called ,to order. by Mayor
Shufelt with salute to the Flag.

The minutes of regular meeting of December 17th were
read and approved on Mayor's motion.
Absent:
Supplimental application of the Associated Telephone
Co., Ltd. requesting permit to install t.our instead ~r ~hree
poles as per orl1!;inal request dated October, 26", ~.sl. It was
moved by Bowen, second by Lawhead that request for permit be
granted.
