Clerk were presented. It was moved by Leonard, ,second by Webster
that reports be received and filed.

Demands numbering 1027 to 1081 amounting to 16,0$4.24
as approved by the Finll1ce Committee were presented. It was moved, by
Webster second by Bowen that bills be allowed and warrants drawn on
the Treasury for same.

jumping or diving trom the Municipal Pier., It wlis moved by Leonard,

regular session at 7:30 P. M. with Mayor Shufelt presiding.
Meeting was called to order with.salute to the Flag.

The minutes of special meeting on Annexation and regular
meeting of January 21st were read and approved on Mayor1s motion.
COMMUNICATIONS:

Letter of the Senior Woman's Club making request for
re-arrangement of dishes and utensils in the Auditorium Kitchen
was referred to the Building CustOdian, Lee Howard, to work out

satisfactory arrangements.
Letter of Mrs. Viola Prescott making request for license
and permit to re-establish dancing in connection with Garden of
Allah operation referred to the Police Committee and Police Chief
to make a report on same at next regular meeting.
